CA Nikita Chheda brings over 15 years of professional experience in financial management and accounting operations. She is a Virtual CFO Specialist with expertise in complex, technology-driven accounting operations, global remote accounting, Power BI data analytics and ERP implementation for PAN-India entities.
She currently serves as Head of Accounting for Xion.AI (Singapore), where she works with AI-driven tools and global financial standards.
She has led a comprehensive PAN-India GST rollout and successfully managed two independent Service Tax Audits spanning five years each.
FCMA Dipak Ghosh
FCMA Dipak Ghosh brings 30 years of institutional experience in finance and accounts, including a distinguished tenure as Vice President of Finance & Accounts at the Liladhar Pasoo Group.
His expertise includes strategic cost management, strategic fund management, SOP-driven process improvement, term-loan and working-capital negotiations, and loss reduction through effective SOP implementation.
He directed financial compliance for four group companies that received Certificates of Appreciation from the Ministry of Finance for six consecutive years of flawless compliance.
